Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon. The best coverage of activity looks to be portions of southeast Missouri and southwest Illinois. There is a small risk, mainly along and just south of Interstate 64 of a few severe storms, with damaging wind or an isolated tornado the main threat.
