A Coastal Flood Statement goes into effect tonight at 10 PM for all deep South Texas barrier islands. Near high tide at 1:27 AM, expect narrow beaches and water nearing the dunes at narrow beaches. Beach equipment may be moved by waves. Elevated water levels are possible across the Laguna and South Bay, and along State Highway 4 west of Boca Chica State Park.
